Honestly?
I play with two others in my house who have Series X's while I'm playing on Switch.
Yes, theirs looks better, and getting close to the ant hills when the ants have stored too many cookie and hog bites can cause some serious lag until I've cleaned them up, when playing in crossplay with the others.

But besides those issues?
The game looks and runs great on Switch.
I've had a great time playing it & I'm still only on my initial playthrough.
I definitely recommend it for Switch players looking for a unique sandbox game.[complete with a literal sizzling-hot, ant-lion-infested sandbox!]
